Jean-Louis Arbey is a T40 owner of long standing and an expert on the model.

Jean-Louis Arbey is Hon. Vice President of the Bugatti Club France. He has owned, for more than forty years, a Type 40 and now owns a Type 49. After some years in the the French Air Force, Jean-Louis was a director in a publishing firm. (Copied from Bugatti book flap).
