For shipments in Italy and abroad we employ the courier service guaranteeing the most favourable rates for the destination country.
For shipments in Italy, parcels can be of two types:
- Ordinary: when payment is made in advance;
- Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.): when payment is made at the moment of delivery.
For shipments abroad, parcels are ordinary only (we do not ship C.O.D.).
The shipment times include the order processing time and the delivery time expressed in working days.
The rates include packing & insurance, not the customs fees, where required in your country.
